a) This failure may be resulted from the improper operation. First, judge whether the failure is ascribed to “gate interlock plug is not inserted”; confirm whether “gate interlock plug” has been correctly inserted into the main console.

Note:

① Do not apply too much force while inserting the “gate interlock plug”. After aligning to the corresponding socket red point of shell, push in the plug gently. “Gate interlock plug” supports the hot plug.

② “Gate interlock plug” is an accompanying accessory.

b) If the problem cannot be removed after the above steps, prepare tweezers (or other short-circuit terminal) and short-circuit 1# and 2# terminals; judge it is the failure of “gate interlock plug” if the alarm is eliminated.

c) If the alarm is not eliminated, take apart the instrument back cover and make P6.1 and P6.2 short-circuit with tweezers. If, however, the alarm is still not eliminated, judge if it is the failure of main control board, and try to replace the main control board of main console.

If the alarm is eliminated, it may be the failure of instrument line. Check the state of “main control board D18 of main console” and confirm whether the indicator lamp is the in the “off” state when “gate interlock plug is correctly inserted”. If the state of indicator lamp does not comply with the reality, confirm whether the corresponding wiring harness is loose and whether any line is broken according to the “wiring diagram”. (Where P6.1 and P6.2 have short circuit after “gate interlock plug is inserted”, use a multimeter to help test line connection/disconnection.)
