a) 此故障有可能是操作不当引起,首先判断故障原因为“水箱水位不足”,请使用加水工具对产品加入适量的去离子水。可以通过产品侧面液位观察窗确认当前水位状态。
注意:
① 必须加入去离子水,不能加入矿物质水或者自来水。
② 允许带电加水,当水位达到要求,提示框自动消除。
③ 加入过量去离子水有可能造成溢流,请注意。
b) 如果上述步骤不能解决,则将仪器后壳拆开,用镊子短路主机主控板J4.3、J4.4,此时该报警应消除。如果报警未消除,则主机主控板故障,考虑更换主机主控板。
c) 如果报警消除,则考虑为仪器线路故障。检查“主机主控板D39”状态,该指示灯在“水位达标”时为“熄灭”状态。如果指示灯状态与实际情况不符,则应按照“接线图”查找对应线束是否松动,是否有断线故障。(“水位达标”情况下J4.3、J4.4短路,可以用万用表辅助测试线路通断)
d) 此故障也可能是由于水箱的液位传感器故障引起的(故障极低),需首先核对液位传感器安装方向,箭头向上;如果安装方向正确,则拆卸该传感器(拆卸前需要先排水),手动改变尾部检测端状态,检查“主机主控板D39”状态是否跟随变化,如果不跟随变化,则判断传感器故障,更换传感器,否则尝试重新装配该传感器,检查故障是否解决。
a) This failure may be resulted from the improper operation. First, judge whether the failure is ascribed to the “water level insufficiency of water tank”. Add the moderate amount of deionized water to the Product with the corresponding tool. Confirm the current water level through the liquid level observation window at the side of the Product.
Note:
① The deionized water must be added. Any mineral water or tap water is forbidden.
② It is allowed to add water under the charged state. When water level reaches the required value, the prompt dialog box shall be automatically eliminated.
③ Overflow may happen if excessive deionized water is added.
b) If the problem still exists after the above steps, take apart the back cover of instrument and the main control boards J4.3 and J4.4 of main console with tweezers. The alarm should be eliminated at this time. If, however, the alarm is not eliminated, it is the failure of main control board of main console, and please try to replace the main control board of main console.
c) Failure may happen to the instrument line if the alarm is eliminated. Check the state of “main control board D39 of main console” (the indicator lamp is in the “off” state when “water level reaches the standard”. If the indicator lamp state does not comply with the reality, confirm whether the corresponding wiring harness is loose and whether any line is broken according to the “wiring diagram”. (Where J4.3 and J4.4 have short circuit after “water reaches the standard”, use a multimeter to help test line connection/disconnection.)
d) This failure may also be ascribed to the liquid level sensor failure of water tank (the failure possibility is very low). First, check the installation direction of liquid level sensor and confirm whether the arrow is upward. If the installation direction is correct, dismantle the sensor (drain the water before the dismantling), change the state of tail testing end manually and check whether the state of “main control board D39 of main console” changes accordingly. If there is no corresponding change, judge it is the failure of sensor and replace sensor; otherwise, try reassembling the sensor and check whether the failure has been resolved.
