The inspection procedure of warning E05

When the machine prompt E05,first we need to enter the interface of "the engineering data checking & disable warning pop-up message",check the data of “water flow”.

if the water flow rate is nearly 0L/MIN,we should:

   Measure the voltage between J13.1 and J13.4.If the voltage is approximately 12V,it can be proven that the mainboard works in an normal way;find out the joint connector in yellow prompt box of the picture as below,pull up the connector and measure short-circuit under the condition of resistance or buzzer level with Multimeter.If J13.1 short-circuit with the red pin,J13.4 short-circuit with the black pin and joint connector is installed properly,it can be proven that the water pump works in an abnormal way and need to be replaced in time.

   If the voltage is not 12V between J13.1 and J13.4,at last replace the mainboard in time.Short-circuit J1.1 and J13.1 with tweezer,look over the working status of water pump,check the data of “water flow” after entering the background system,if the water flow rate surpass 3.0L/MIN in a few seconds,the water pump can be proven to work in a normal way.

If the water flow rate is above the 2.0L/MIN and below the 3.0L/min:

Find the filter core turn yellow,replace it at once(the filter core need to be replaced regularly);

Check the water pipes of handpiece whether or not bend;

  Replace a new water sensor.
