a) 此故障有可能是操作不当引起,首先判断故障原因为“急停按钮被按下”,按照急停按钮上标注箭头方向旋转急停按钮,则急停按钮被弹起,提示信息消除。
b) 如果上述步骤仍不能解决问题,则将仪器后壳拆开后,用镊子短路P8.1、P8.2,此时该报警应消除。如果报警未消除,则主机主控板故障,考虑更换主机主控板。
c) 如果报警消除,则考虑为仪器线路故障。应检查“主机主控板D40”状态,该指示灯在“急停被按下”时为“点亮”状态。如果指示灯状态与实际情况不符,则应按照“接线图”查找
应线束是否松动,是否有断线故障。(“急停未被按下”情况下P8.1、P8.2短路,可以用万用表辅助测试线路通断)
d)此故障也可能有由急停开关引起的,最后考虑更换该器件。
a) This failure may be resulted from the improper operation. First, judge whether the failure is ascribed to “emergency shut off button is pressed”; rotate the emergency shut off button as per the arrow direction marked on emergency shut off button, and the emergency shut off button will be bounced and prompt information will be eliminated.
b) If the problem still exists after the above steps, take apart the back shell of instrument and then make P8.1 and P8.2 short-circuited with tweezers; at this time, the alarm will be eliminated. If, however, the alarm is not eliminated, it should be the failure of main control board of main console, and try to replace the main control board of main console.
c) The failure may be ascribed to the instrument line if the alarm is eliminated. Check the state of “main control board D40 of main console” (the indicator lamp is in the “on” after the “emergency shut off button is pressed”). If the state of indicator lamp does not comply with the reality, confirm whether the corresponding wiring harness is loose and whether any line is broken according to the “wiring diagram”. (Where P8.1 and P8.2 are short circuited after “emergency shut off button is pressed”, use a multimeter to help test line connection/disconnection.)
d) Since this failure may also be caused by emergency shut off, try to replace the device at last.
