W019 Troubleshooting Methods

Possible cause1：Compatibility of applicator and main-board software

1、Check whether the applicator or main-board have been replaced

2、If they have been replaced, firstly need to obtain the software version numbers of the main-board and the applicator to check whether they are compatible (the main-board software version is less than 135, which is incompatible with the applicator software)

3、Otherwise, software compatibility problems can be eliminated

Possible cause2: Connection problem

1、Check whether the connection between the main-board and the Android LCD interface module is stable and reliable

2、Check whether the Android LCD interface module and ARM development board is reliable


Possible cause3: Main-board hardware problem

Check whether the D32 indicator light on the  main-board flicker, if it does not flicker explain to re-write the software;If the problem persists, consider replacing the main-board

If the indicator flicker normally, the chip may be fault and main-board needs to be replaced
