1 If the customer has two or more applicator, replace other good applicators to test the shoots
1.1 If make shooting, judge the fault is from the original applicator(According to the second inspection)
1.2 If no shoots is generated, the fault occurs on the host (According to the third and forth inspection)
2 Fault diagnosis of the applicator
2.2 Applicator button broken:In the test, press the applicator button, the host does not emit a beeping rhythm sound, set the pedal light, at this time the host emits a bees sound, and make shoots, confirm that the button in the applicator is broken
2.3 (Remove the machine console)The applicator laser bar broken:In the test, the main-board D48 and D47 are always on, the main-board buzzer makes a ticking rhythm sound, the LD power output indicator is on, and the currset lamp flashes
(Remove the handle case)Check that the thickest red and black power supply line is properly connected, and replace the laser (target strip) at the end of the applicator
3 Fault diagnosis of the main board of the instrument
3.1 After clicking READY, when the button is not pressed or the pedal light is not set, the pedal is not stepped down, the main-board D47 is steady on, and the buzzer on the main-board does not tick. Confirm that the main-board is broken, and replace the main-board for testing
4 Diagnose the LD power failure of the instrument host
4.1 The applicator is OK. During the test, the LD power indicator is abnormal on and off, and the LD power has no output
Or set the pedal to emit light, press the pedal, the main-board D48 is always on, the main board buzzer is always on, and the main board buzzer makes a ticking rhythm sound
2.In the test, the LD power indicator turns on and off normally: Output indicator lights up and currset lights flash
