Warning E11: communication between the handpiece and mainboard of main console is abnormal

Note:

In light of the incompatibility of version, main console software versions L0-A-1.0.129, L0-A-1.0.133 and L0-A-1.0.134 are incompatible with the handpiece software version L4-A-1.0.001 (or the customized version based on this version). Prior to maintenance, check whether it is caused by the version matching of this version.

a) This failure means the “abnormality of the communication with handpiece”.

b) Try to reduce the diagnosis scope by replacing handpiece.

c) If it is judged that there is a problem with the main console and the handpiece display screen work on a normal state, Check whether or not the pins “Data_A” and “Data_B” in the mainboard of main console and pins “Data_A” and “Data_B” in the socket of main console are disconnected with multimeter(see diagram as below).

d)If it is judged that there is a problem with the main console and there is no display on the handpiece display screen, Check whether or not the pins “5V” and “GND” in the control board of handpiece and pins “5V” and “GND” in the plug of handpiece are disconnected with multimeter(see diagram as below).

e)If it is judged that there is a problem with the handpiece and the handpiece display screen can work on a normal state,Check whether or not the pins “Data_A” and “Data_B” in the control board of handpiece and pins “Data_A” and “Data_B” in the plug of handpiece are disconnected(see diagram as below).

f)If it is judged that there is a problem with the handpiece, and there is no display on the handpiece display screen,the power supply of the handpiece is abnormal.Check whether or not the pins “5V” and “GND” in the control board of handpiece and pins “5V” and “GND” in the plug of handpiece are disconnected with multimeter(see diagram as below).

g)If above harness can be proven well,It is also possible that the handpiece plug has poor contact with the handpiece socket of the main console. It is necessary to install a sealing ring at the handpiece socket to make the handpiece connection more compact.

h)If it is not solved by above methods,try to replace mainboard of main console  or the control board of handpiece at last.
