Warning E01: the handpiece is not inserted into the socket in the main console

a) This failure may be resulted from the improper operation. First, judge whether the failure is ascribed to “handpiece is not inserted”. Insert the handpiece after shutoff and then restart the machine.

b) If the problem cannot be resolved after the above steps, it should be the failure of instrument line. Take apart the instrument back shell and then check the state of “main control board D45 of main console” (the indicator lamp is under the “off” after “handpiece is inserted”. If the indicator lamp state does not comply with the reality, confirm whether the corresponding wiring harness is loose and whether any line is broken according to the “wiring diagram”. (Where P5.1 and P5.2 are short circuited after “emergency shut off is inserted”, use a multimeter to help test line connection/disconnection.)

c) Try to replace the main control board of main console if the problem still exists after the above steps.
