System self-checking problem:"the error of Applicator cooling off testing"

a) the error occurs when the system is making a self-checing after the machine powers on,it continues to exist even if the system makes a self-checking one more time.
b) after disassembling the back shell of the machine,we can monitor the state of "D28" in the mainboard and measure the voltage of "J6" in the mainboard(In the normal operating condition,the "D28" should flash one time and there should be a figure surpassing the 5V in "J6" and then decrease till to 0V in a few seconds with Multimeter when the system is checking the item of "applicator cooling off testing".).
c) when the system is checking the item of "applicator cooling off testing" after the machine makes a self-checking again,there is a always-on in "D28" and the voltage is approximately 24V in "J6",we can prove that there must be some problems in the mainboard and need to change the mainboard to solve the problem.
