
故障现象:开机自检报警,提示水路不通过的图示

状态1:
Water Flow Testing项有报警
Water Pump Testing项无报警
此种情况可能原因是系统检测到的水流速较慢,此时流量小于流量下限值(如:1.8L/min),故障排查顺序如下:
STEP1.手柄插座没有插紧导致流量过低
A1:重新拔插手柄,保证手柄插接到位;如果“Ready”状态下(水泵工作过程中),手柄插座处发出异响或异常的震动,需排查手柄插座CPC水嘴匹配问题
STEP2.滤芯使用时间过久需要更换
A1:建议客户更换滤芯
STEP3.水路阻塞
A2:排查整机水管是否有压迫变形导致水流不畅

状态2:
Water Flow Testing项有报警
Water Pump Testing项有报警
此种情况可能原因是系统检测不到水的流动,此时流量可能为0,故障排查顺序如下:
STEP1.水泵不工作
A:自检过程中是否有水泵“启动”->“停止”的噪音变化,如果没有可判断为水泵没有工作;可参考:Warning E05 水泵故障
STEP2.手柄插座没有插紧导致水流量为零
A:如水泵正常工作,可关机并重新拔插手柄,保证手柄插接到位;
如果“Ready”状态下(水泵工作过程中),手柄插座处发出异响或异常的震动,需排查手柄插座CPC水嘴匹配问题
STEP3.滤芯使用时间过久需要更换
A:建议客户更换滤芯
STEP4.水流霍尔传感器失效
A:如果水泵正常并且手柄插座没有问题,更换滤芯后也不能解决问题,则建议客户更换水流霍尔传感器

Make judgments according to the alarm on the self-check interface:

State 1:
There is an alarm in Water Flow Testing
No alarm reported in Water Pump Testing
The possible reason for this situation is that the water flow rate detected by the system is relatively slow, and the flow rate is less than the lower limit value of the flow rate (eg: 1.8L/min), the troubleshooting sequence is as follows:
STEP1.The applicator socket is not tightly inserted, resulting in low flow rate
A1: Remove and insert the applicator again to ensure that the applicator is inserted into the place; if abnormal noise or abnormal vibration occurs at the handle socket in the "Ready" state (during the working process of the pump), checking whether the CPC water nozzle of the applicator socket connect properly;
STEP2.The filter has been used for a long time and needs to be replaced
A1:It is recommended that customers replace the filter element
STEP3.Waterway blockage
A2: Check whether the water pipe of the machine is compressed and deformed, resulting in poor water flow

State2:
There is an alarm in Water Flow Testing
There is an alarm in Water Pump Testing
The possible reason in this sitution is that the system can't detect the flow of water, at this time the flow rate may be 0, the troubleshooting sequence is as follows:
STEP1.The water pump is not working
A: Whether there is a noise change of the pump "start" -> "stop" during the self-checking process, if not, it can be judged that the pump is not working; please refer to: Warning E05 failure of water pump
STEP2.The applicator socket is not tightly inserted, resulting in zero water flow
A: If the water pump is working normally, you can turn off and re-instert the applicator to ensure that the applicator is in place;
If there is abnormal noise or abnormal vibration at the applicator socket in the "Ready" state (during the operation of the pump), checking whether the CPC water nozzle of the applicator socket matches properly;
STEP3.The filter has been used for a long time and needs to be replaced
A:It is recommended that customers replace the filter element
STEP4.Water flow Hall sensor fails
A: If the water pump is normal and there is no problem with the applicater socket, and the problem cannot be solved after replacing the filter element, it is recommended that the customer replaces the water flow Hall sensor;
