Unable to start the machine (abnormal power-on)

a) Check whether ~220/110V voltage of power socket is normal and whether the power wire is plugged tightly. Make sure the air switch is in “off” state.
b) Make sure the contactor that always has the alternating current with power supply voltage is used.
c) Remove the maintenance window behind machine and check whether the six lines of button switch is tightly inserted. If any falls, insert as per the following figure.

d) Remove the front maintenance window of machine and check whether the left relay cable is tightened and whether the cable falls. At this time, use a group of always-off points of relay.
