Warning E03: no 24V input of main control board

a) This failure means “no 24 V input of main control board”. Take apart the instrument back shell and test J5.1 and J5.2 with the DC voltage gear of multimeter. If it is 24V±2V, the power supply should be normal. You are suggested to replace main console control board. In such case, the failure is non-crucial and can be shielded through “password 3”.

b) If the test voltage is 0V, plug off the J6 and retest voltage of J5.1 and J5.2. If the voltage is recovered to the normal value, judge it is the failure connection of handpiece TEC to the corresponding wiring harness or the failure of TEC. The failure point could be determined further by replacing the handpiece.

c) If the voltage is still zero, continue to plug off J5 and test voltage of J5.1 and J5.2. If the voltage is recovered to the normal value, judge it is the failure of the main control board of main console. Otherwise, it should be the short circuit of other 24 V part used of main console (cooling fan power supply or power supply of water quality monitoring board) or failure of switch power supply. Please investigate one by one.
