a) 此故障代表“手柄制冷故障,元件发热”。
b) 报警时,界面显示温度是多少(或进入后台查看温度),如60℃以上,且实际温度并未达到此温度,则判断手柄温度传感器异常,需要检查传感器是否虚接,如无问题则需更换手柄控制板。
c) 对于已经出厂且未改动设备,此种故障为手柄制冷片损坏,此种应更换手柄内制冷片,建议两片制冷片同时更换。更换时注意制冷片需涂抹指定型号导热硅脂,注意装配装配方向正确,发热面与制冷片均紧贴铝件,不能有缝隙。
d) 未出厂设备或改动设备,有可能是制冷片供电反向导致。需要逐步排查“+”“-”是否反向。其中:
① 手柄制冷片:红线“+”黑线“-”
② 主机主控板J6:
a) This failure means that “handpiece refrigeration breaks down and component gets hot”.
b) Once an alarm occurs, view the interface temperature display (or enter background to view the temperature). If it is above 60℃ but the actual temperature does not reach this value, judge whether it is caused by the abnormality of handpiece temperature sensor. At this time, check whether the sensor has virtual connection; if no problem is discovered, replace handpiece control board.
c) For the equipment having been delivered but having not been modified, this failure means the damage of handpiece TEC. At this time, replace the TEC in handpiece. You are suggested to replace the two TECs simultaneously. In case of replacement, apply the designated model of thermally conductive silicone grease TEC and pay attention to the assembly direction. Make the hot face and TEC closely cling to the aluminum piece, without any gap.
d) Where the equipment hasn’t been delivered or modified, it may be caused by the reversed power supply of TEC. Check step by step to confirm whether “+” and “-” are reversed.

① Handpiece TEC: Red line “+”; black line “-“.
② Main console control board J6:
