a) 此故障代表“电流检测——出光电流检测过大/过小”。请重启仪器后再次使用,如果此故障仍出现,则查找问题,否则为干扰导致,可忽略继续使用。
b) 首先断电后,目视手柄治疗窗口,观察半导体激光器是否有烧毁损伤痕迹(单巴有明显黑点或黑条),如果有,则为半导体激光器损坏,需要更换半导体激光器。
c) 可以用相纸测试,把能量密度调至5-10J/cm²,试验是否出光。
d) 出光情况下,请测试200ms脉宽,1Hz,出光1次,10J/cm²和30 J/cm²,出光强度是否有明显变化,如果有,则尝试更换电流霍尔传感器和相关线束解决该问题,如仍不能解决,则尝试更换主机主控板;如果出光强度没有明显变化,则尝试更换激光电源、更换主机主控板。(不要直视输出的激光)
e) 如果不出光,则观察理论出光时,激光电源工作指示灯是否闪烁,如果不闪烁,则尝试更换DB9线束、激光电源、更换主机主控板。
a) This failure means “current testing – laser emission current is tested too large/small”. Use it again after restarting the instrument. If this failure still occurs, find out the problem. At this time, continue the use by ignoring this problem.
b) First, watch handle treatment window visually after power-off. Observe whether there is the burning damage trace on the semiconductor laser (check whether there is the obvious black point or strip). If any, it should be the damage of semiconductor laser unit. Replace the semiconductor laser unit.
c) Test with photographic paper. Regulate the energy density to 5-10 J/cm², to check whether there is laser emission.
d) Where there is the laser emission, test the 200 ms pulse width (1 Hz; laser emission for one time; 10 J/cm² and 30 J/cm²) and confirm whether the laser emission strength changes obviously. If any, try replacing current Hall sensor and relevant wiring harness; if not, try replacing the main control board of main console. Should the laser emission do not change obviously, try to replace the laser power supply and main control board of main console. (Do not look directly at the output laser.)
e) Where no laser is emitted, observe whether the laser power working indicator lamp flickers during the theoretical laser emission. If the lamp does not flicker, try to replace the DB9 wiring harness, laser power supply and main control board of main console.
